The frequent experience of Bliss is essential for the health of every human being. This course focuses on the goal of Living in Bliss by providing the student with advanced techniques to bring presence in to the Living moment, where we find the point that we experience Infinite Consciousness within our own body. That clarity totally transforms the sense of who we are, expanding our understanding of Self, beyond old beliefs and limitations. By using powerful yogic techniques, we reach a greater integration of mind, soul, and body.

Ipsalu Tantra gives special emphasis to the Sacred and Conscious use of Sexual Energy, our direct connection to the creative forces of the Universe. This energy used correctly can be rocket fuel on the path to Enlightenment.

Through out the weekend you will learn powerful ways to personally work with this Sacred Sexual energy, cultivating it for Spiritual Transformation. This weekend also explores how to bring this level of Consciousness into all of our relationships, especially to our loving committed relationships. Even though the sexual aspects of Tantra are discussed, there is no explicit sexual activity through out the weekend.

The course builds toward the Initiation into the First Level of the Cosmic Cobra Breath. This ancient and guarded technique can only be taught orally to prepared students. This breath transmutes sexual energy to open the third eye (6th Chakra). As this process enfolds, we can begin to see the truth behind the illusions of the objective world... ~We become the Witness to our own life-drama, rather than it's victim~

The mood of the weekend is fun and playful, while at the same time deep and profound. You'll find yourself playing with subtle energy, sharing energies with others, and finding a sense of inner unity with the Divine.
