Our Weekend Yoga Retreat is a place for Conscious Community, Cultivation of Joy, and ongoing Healing & Growth. Ipsalu Tantra Retreats and our Tantra Workshops are suitable for singles and couples alike, regardless of prior Yoga and/or Tantra experience. Taught by certified Ipsalu Tantra Teachers, participants and their loved ones can be assured that Ipsalu Tantra Retreats and our Tantra Workshops are held in safe space, focused on maintaining an appropriate environment for personal development.

All are welcomed at our Weekend Yoga Retreat and Ipsalu Tantra Retreats and our Tantra Workshop, regardless of age, beliefs, or sexual orientation. Ipsalu Tantra is first and foremost a system for personal growth, taking advantage of Tantra techniques derived from the sciences of Kriya Yoga, to accelerate an individual in the direction of Souls Divine Purpose in this world. This purpose is Enlightenment, the establishment of Heaven on Earth.

Tantra Kriya Yoga, unique in the Yogic paths, gives special emphasis to the Conscious use of Sexual Energy. This Energy is our direct connection to the creative forces of the Universe. It can be used as rocket fuel on the path to Enlightenment. Tantra Techniques to work with sexual-spiritual energy are taught so that the participant, as an individual or in relationship, can learn to cultivate this energy for Spiritual Transformation. Even though the sexual aspects of Tantra are discussed, there is no explicit sexual activity at our Weekend Yoga Retreat and Ipsalu Tantra Retreats and our Tantra Workshop.
