	Julie Kieldsen:  Because this was my first, but not last, Tantra Retreat Experience, I came in a little nervous.   Would this be group sex, would I be required to be intimate with someone besides my lover?    My fears were unfounded, and the retreat was a marvelous mix of breath, energy work, total respect for my relationship, and lots of new knowledge about how to live in the present moment and live an ecstatic life, every day.   Additionally I learned new techniques to be closer than ever to my lover.  To hold our sexuality sacred and enjoy the richness of life. I learned techniques to move the sexual energy upward to higher chakras and for higher aspirations.   There is much to learn and know, but this was a wonderful exposure to new ideas.  The settings in Costa Rica were unbelievably beautiful, from the moon drenched beach on the first night to the gorgeous sunsets, waterfalls and pure, sweet air.  The food was excellent and the teachers very knowledgeable, as we wound our way down the tantric path.  I recommend this retreat to any couple or single person who has a passion for life and is ready to explore some little known areas of energy, connections and sexuality.   I will be back.

Time in nature was special ~ that there were focused experiences and slow free ones. The food was excellent. The course has a real balance of bliss, wonderment & the heart of Creation.
